Terms of Service

Embedra is a no-code tool that displays a live, styleable Instagram feed on your website through a single embed snippet. Features, plans and limits are described on our website and in the application, and may change over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

When you connect an Instagram account, you authorise us to access your own profile and media through Instagram's API solely to display your feed in the widgets you configure. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the rights to display the content you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to display infringing, harmful or misleading content.
• Install a widget on a domain you do not own or control, or attempt to inflate, evade or manipulate usage limits.
• Reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the service, or disrupt its infrastructure or that of our providers.
• Use the service in a way that breaches Meta's or Instagram's platform policies.

Embedra offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans and any usage-based charges are billed as described at the point of purchase and in the application. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

You retain all rights to the Instagram content you connect. You grant us a limited licence to fetch, cache and display that content only as needed to provide the widgets you set up. Embedra, including the application, the embed technology and our branding, remains our intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms are in force.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The feed depends on Instagram's own availability and API. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect a paid plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of the content you display, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party platform's policies.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, our providers or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
